El video, de 3:54 minutos, contiene el tema de convocatoria para la movilización organizada en Cuba para este 12 de septiembre, cuando se cumplen 15 años del arresto de los luchadores antiterroristas cubanos conocidos popularmente como los “cinco”, usando cintas amarillas.
La convocatoria fue lanzada por René González, uno de los antiterroristas que ha vuelto a la Isla. Se trata de enviar "un mensaje del pueblo cubano al pueblo norteamericano a través de un símbolo que para el norteamericano medio es un símbolo de amor" desde la Guerra Civil, como es el caso de la cinta amarilla.
